Implantation of the Blastocyst - Medical Animation

This 3D medical animation shows the blastocyst implanting in the inner lining of the uterine wall, called the endometrium. The blastocyst embeds itself within the endometrium, eventually forming a connection with maternal blood vessels in what will be the future placenta.
